Need to Loose Sum Weight u'ols!!!

i want perfection...duh!!

seriously la u'ols..harus la aku ni turunkan sedikit berat badan yang semakin 'rancak' meningkat hari demi hari..hahahaahahahahahaha...

ermm....the options that i was thinking is either to diet or excersizing......???urmmm.... we go for the first options..diet???huhuhuhu..takkan la nak kena makan sayur jak...warghhhh...ni kena kurangkan makan makanan berlemak,'oily' and cut some carbs....shuldn't i??hehehehe..

second options was excersizing...senaman??malas nya nak bersenam..cukuplah aku kemas the whole house every morning & evening..tak gitu...
but anyway,kalau boleh nak turunkan berat badan sampai size 2.......teeeeeetttt....there's impossibly non of my body part can goes to size 2 except my fingers....*wink*...

so,sebagai permulaan i
cut my dinner...x makan malam...ok tak??


any suggestions u guys on how to lose weight effectively....????



p/s : takut baju2 tak boleh muat dah...sayang my
clothes collection..bohoooooo....!!

    Lol. U dont have to vegetarian to loose weight.
    Just try avoid eating bread or and cereals when u are on diet. Rice is fine. And a friend of mine ate only once a day at 7pm. And it's working, he looses 7 kg. :)
